Mundal Subsea AS acknowledges the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals but has identified specific environmental goals that we can work on and influence through our operations and environmental management. Therefore, we have established our own sub-goals in relation to this.
Responsible Consumption and Production
We will make optimal purchases and minimize overconsumption.
We will continuously reduce waste and refuse from production.
We will actively engage in energy-saving practices where possible.
We will optimize and streamline production processes.
We will source separate and recycle wherever possible.
Halting Climate Change
We will produce our products with a minimal carbon footprint.
We will recommend environmentally friendly propulsion solutions to our customers.
We will continuously consider the company's context in the bigger picture.
Life Below Water
Our production shall not generate microplastics in the ocean.
We will not release any chemicals.
Our maritime expertise will contribute to enhancing life underwater.
To achieve our environmental goals, we must continuously improve. To do so, we need a process in which we measure our actions, plan interventions, adjust our goals, and add new ones as necessary.
